The Challenge
The client relied on multiple disconnected data sources, including ERP, CRM, Excel files, cloud applications, and on-premises databases, making enterprise reporting slow and inconsistent. Data engineering, warehousing, and reporting were managed through separate tools, increasing operational complexity and maintenance costs. Business users experienced delays in accessing critical insights, while IT teams spent significant time managing data pipelines and supporting ad hoc reporting requests. Our Solution
Databriva implemented a modern analytics platform using Microsoft Fabric, consolidating data engineering, data integration, data warehousing, and business intelligence into a single cloud-native environment. Data from multiple enterprise systems was ingested using Fabric Data Factory, transformed through Dataflows Gen2 and notebooks, and stored in OneLake as the organization's centralized data repository. A scalable Fabric Data Warehouse and Lakehouse architecture was developed to support enterprise reporting and analytics. Interactive Power BI dashboards provided real-time visibility into business performance, while centralized governance, role-based security, and automated data refreshes ensured trusted, secure, and consistent reporting across departments.

The Microsoft Fabric implementation streamlined the organization's analytics ecosystem by eliminating multiple standalone tools and creating a unified data platform.
